On 05/09/1979, the business achieved its first major corporate milestone by formally registering as East West Freight Carriers Private Limited, establishing a structured corporate foundation for future growth.

Propelled by rapid market expansion and diversification, the enterprise converted into a public limited entity, East West Freight Carriers Limited, strengthening its ability to serve an expanding logistics market.
2018
Positioned for the next echelon of growth, the company completed a strategic reverse merger with a BSE-listed entity, creating East West Holdings Ltd to anchor its entry into the capital markets.
2024
In a definitive move toward structural optimization, the businesses officially merged. The consolidated entity reclaimed its legacy identity, changing its name back to East West Freight Carriers Limited and continuing as a fully listed company on the BSE under Scrip Code 540006.
