How It Works
Every shipment moves through a structured, managed process — here is exactly what happens from the moment you engage EWFCPL.

Cargo Receipt & Inbound Inspection
Cargo arrived at warehouse. EWFCPL team conducts inbound inspection: item count, condition check, and damage reporting. Discrepancy report raised if inbound quantities differ from ASN (Advance Shipment Notice).

System Entry & Put-Away
All inbound items scanned and entered into WMS by SKU, lot, or serial number as required. Put-away location assigned by WMS based on velocity, weight, and storage rules. RF-scanned put-away confirmed.

Inventory Management & Reporting
Real-time inventory position maintained in WMS. Client-accessible inventory dashboard updated continuously. Daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports as per client requirement.

Order Receipt & Picking
Orders received from client ERP or OMS. WMS generates pick list by location. RF-guided picking ensures accurate fulfilment. Picked items staged for packing or value-added processing.

Value-Added Processing (if required)
Kitting, labelling, re-packaging, barcoding, or quality inspection performed per client specification. All VAS tasks documented in WMS for traceability.

Packing & Dispatch Documentation
Cargo packed per shipment requirement. Dispatch documentation generated: Invoice, Packing List, LR / AWB / BoL (if applicable). Shipment handed over to contracted carrier or EWFCPL freight team.

Delivery & Proof of Delivery
Carrier delivers to consignee. Digital POD received and uploaded to client portal. Any delivery exceptions flagged and resolved. Monthly KPI report issued to client.
