Enquiry & Rate Quotation
Client provides: origin port/ICD, destination, cargo type, volume (TEUs or CBM/kg), Incoterms, and desired sailing date. EWFCPL provides all-in rate quote including ocean freight, origin THC, documentation, and applicable surcharges within 4 business hours.

Booking & Space Confirmation
Client confirms booking. EWFCPL files booking with carrier, obtains space confirmation and booking number. Sailing schedule and cutoff dates communicated.

Cargo Receipt & CFS / Stuffing
For LCL: cargo delivered to CFS for consolidation. For FCL: container positioned at shipper's factory or port yard. EWFCPL supervises stuffing, seal number recorded, photos taken.

Shipping Instructions & Documentation
Shipper submits shipping instructions (SI). EWFCPL prepares and files: Shipping Bill (export), Bill of Lading instructions, Certificate of Origin (if required), Packing List, and any other trade-specific documentation.

Customs Clearance & Gate-In
Export customs clearance on ICEGATE. Let Export Order (LEO) obtained. Cargo gated into port / CFS. Cut-off compliance confirmed with terminal.

Vessel Departure & In-Transit Monitoring
Bill of Lading issued after vessel departure. Vessel tracked via AIS. ETA at destination port monitored. Destination agent pre-alerted with full document set (soft copies).

Destination Clearance & Last-Mile Delivery
EWFCPL's destination agent coordinates import customs clearance. Duties and taxes arranged. Container released from port. Last-mile delivery to consignee's premises. POD shared.
